Keeping and eye on Funtry Friday!

Whoa - it's Friday! And time for a bit of fun in the country around here.

Look what I saw -

There's a private dirt air strip up the road from me, but this little plane didn't take off from there. This little critter has to grow up before it flies with the big guys. One thing I will tell you about this miniature plane - it sounds almost as big as the big guys! LOL And, from a distance, it looks almost as big, too!

Oh, and speaking of looking at little ones... shhhhh - let's take a peek!

Nope, still four eggs under this little mama. Hopefully those eggs will turn into little chicks pretty soon, though!

Speaking of waiting for things... Bailey is waiting for me to throw a stick for her. Can you guess which stick she brought me?

If you guessed the little short dog sized stick you are wrong. If you guessed the branch, then you know Bailey pretty well!

Benny Bunny knows his vegetables pretty well, too! nom nom nom nom - he can make spinach disappear faster than you can say slurp spaghetti.

Sunset brings such pretty sights around here, too. The grey rain clouds blaze with color, the horses reflect the golden glow of the setting sun, and sometimes there are unexpected little tiny beauties.

The sun is shining through this rock - and the color is pretty amazing! Keep your eyes open - you just never know when you will see a beautiful surprise!

Happy Funtry Friday!
Blessings,
Kathy

  3. Maybe there will be new chicks for Mother's Day! The toy planes are loud...copters too and they do look like the big ones until you get close up or buzzed. Lol
Next, Bailey will bring a tree :) Happy Friday!

Well, I'm glad I am out of range to be buzzed - haha - I have only seen this fly up on the hills.
