Crickets...

Yes, I am still here! Just letting the crickets have their turn on the blog. ;-)

The weather has warmed up a bit - time to start watering since we have been so dry.

Love the way the water drops landed on the spider web! This is in my sister's garden - which she does water.

And the tulips are blooming at the post office!

The local garden club has quite a large space planted in front of the post office. It's always fun to see what new plants are there.

I don't have a garden planted, but I have been watering...

Hershey and Billie Jane appreciate the fresh water!

Both the horses have been frisky with the spring weather. Hershey still enjoys his visits over the back fence with Dakota.

They were so funny today that I grabbed my camera and went out to take a little video of the two of them.

Yeah... just like kids...

Hershey deserted poor Dakota and ran back to the front. I think he was making sure that Billie Jane didn't have anything special that he might have missed. LOL - nope it wasn't feeding time then.

Hmmm - but it is feeding time now! Hope you have a great Funtry Friday!

Blessings,
Kathy

  2. That's nice that the garden club plants at the post office -- makes mailing fun! The city plants flowers in the medians of streets in front of city buildings, and at the entrances of some -- that's always so pretty. Looks like Hershey and Dakota were having good chat!

    1. I think the garden club was looking for a place to show off their talents and let people know they are there. The PO also displays art from the local schools - which is very fun to see when I am there.
Neat that there are lots of gardens around your town, too - it does make things pretty!
Yep, the boys do like to visit!

    1. At this time, no. Hershey is navicular and Billy Jane is not trained to saddle. =)

  8. Glad your having some nice spring weather. I just noticed our crocuses are coming up, so tulips should be soon. Although we had snow this morning lol, it has already melted though!

    1. Yay! Funny how the crocus will come up before the snow is finished. Mine were up really early here, too.
