Extreme Sheepherding Too

Okay, you may not have seen the Extreme Sheepherding in action, but now you can get a glimpse of the same kind of excitement right here.

The Sheep.

The Destination.
Oh, my... that is a loooonnnggg way away...
we need them to be where that barn is...
the tiny little yellow one that you can hardly see...

The Plan.
No problem.
We only have to move these sheep through 3 gates
and three fields...
Piece of cake.

Lunch break...
Little chaotic here...
moving to...
Plan B.

and apparently the four amigos approve
of their new neighbors, too...

Well, if you want to take a look at the real Extreme Shepherding, check it out *here*
...and, no, we did not make any glowing pictures, but we might.  And we won't need any LEDs to do it, because our sheep glow in the dark all by themselves...

Happy Monday!

  1. That was quite a fleecing!!

  2. Hahahaha! Glowing sheep! That's funny!

  3. Did you have some dogs to help with the move or did you do wind sprints to keep the sheep in order?

  4. Looks a little "sheepish" to me... one minute I am looking but can't see the building that you need to move the sheep too wwwwaaaayyyy over there in the distance. The next everyone is congregating peacefully!

  5. I was thinking, a couple of sheepdogs would do the job. And those eyes are scary! {:-D

  6. Wow! That looks like as much fun and herding Angora goats to be sheared! Call me next time, okay?

  7. This put a smile on my face. We don't have extreme herding in my part of the county....

  8. Glad it put a smile on your face, jcs =)

Karin - it was just about as much fun! Definitely will call you for the next move.

story - how about a frantic Red Heeler and a confused Great Pyrenese? LOL - I have a knack for freaky animal eyes. And people eyes =p

Pretty - No, magic has rabbits and hats. The rabbit didn't want to play today ;-)

Jane - All of our dogs had never seen sheep. We waddled them over there. It was too hot to sprint

Pam - it was fun and it took MUCH less time than we thought it would take. LOL - when we got done, Lorie looked at me and said "That was fun. Let's do it again!"

Beaded - I couldn't believe that all of them were glowing! LOL! Such animal talent!

    Kim - Shear delight!
